FORE The Veterans Golf Tournament Set for June 24

Proceeds to the golf tournament benefit Liberty House and it’s work with local homeless & struggling veterans.

Held on March 1, the virtual event featured raffles, an online auction, a virtual game book, and lots of chances to win some amazing prizes.

Danielle Capelle will oversee CCNH’s Mental Health Counseling Services, which helps individuals improve their quality of life.

The CCNH Annual Gathering was an opportunity to share our successes and reflect on how our work is making a difference across the state.

Jeff McLean is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in public policy, digital marketing and information technology.

As an NHCORR Certified Recovery Residence, Liberty House meets and exceeds national best practice standards with its program for Veterans.

Pomeroy will join AHCA/NCAL’s Future Leaders program, a year-long program that offers training and guidance for industry professionals.

Eight CCNH staff members will receive full scholarships to attend the LPN degree program at Harmony Health Care Institute in Merrimack.

Jeff Lefkovich will oversee the strategic development and planning of Catholic Charities NH’s senior housing and living communities.
