CCNH Welcomes Nashua Outreach Coordinator
Catholic Charities New Hampshire announced Paul Janampa joined its Parish & Community Services staff as the community outreach coordinator at the Nashua district office.
Janampa (pronounced Han am’ pa) was born in Peru and is fluent in English and Spanish. He graduated from Nashua High School South and received his bachelor’s degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2016.
Prior to joining Catholic Charities, Janampa was an educational advisor and case manager at L.E.A.P. (Learn Explore Aspire Pursue) for Education, based in Salem, Mass.
Janampa succeeds Deacon Ramon Andrade as community outreach coordinator in Nashua. Andrade held the post for 14 years before he became Cabinet Secretary for Multicultural Affairs at the Diocese of Manchester.
“I hope to make a difference just by following in the steps of Deacon Ramon Andrade,” Janampa said. “I want to make sure I continue to build on the community relationships that we have and to make the community stronger by helping the people who need our help.”
The Nashua office serves Nashua, Hudson, Merrimack, Hollis, Amherst, Brookline, Milford and Mont Vernon. It is one of 10 district offices that Catholic Charities has throughout the state. The Nashua office is home to three of Catholic Charities’ programs: Parish & Community Services; Counseling Services; and Immigration & Refugee Services.
