Skilled Nursing Facilities Ratings: January 2019

We’re proud to share that all eight Catholic Charities New Hampshire skilled nursing facilities received above-average ratings in quality care, staffing and resident safety, as part of the US Centers for Medicare & Medicare Services star ratings for January 2019.
Six of our facilities – Mt. Carmel (Manchester), St. Vincent (Berlin), St. Teresa (Manchester), Warde (Windham), St. Ann (Dover) and St. Joseph Residence (Manchester) – all received five-star ratings, the highest possible. Our remaining two facilities, St. Francis (Laconia) and Good Shepherd (Jaffrey) were given four stars.

Some other highlights:
- Both Warde Health Center and St. Joseph Residence have been at 5 stars every month dating back to 2014.
- Mt. Carmel: 34th consecutive month with a 5-star rating.
- St. Vincent: 32nd straight month with a 5-star rating.
- St. Ann: 16th straight month at 5 stars.
- St. Teresa: 13th consecutive month with 5 stars.
