St. Ann Rehab in Dover Achieves Deficiency-Free State Survey

St. Ann Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Dover has been recognized for excellence in quality of care, receiving a deficiency-free rating from the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services.

Each year, long-term care facilities across the state are thoroughly inspected to ensure they comply with state and federal regulations. A deficiency-free survey means that St. Ann met or exceeded all state standards for quality of care and resident safety. This is the fourth time in the last five years that St. Ann has earned this distinction.

The survey took place between January 28 and January 29.

“It is incredibly difficult for facilities to achieve deficiency-free status,” said Alain Bernard, Assistant Vice President of Healthcare Services for Catholic Charities NH. “This accomplishment is a testament to the leadership at St. Ann and our staff’s unwavering commitment to providing the highest level of compassionate care.”

St. Ann Rehabilitation and Nursing Center provides a wide range of compassionate, person-centered healthcare services for older adults, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care and independent living. The facility was also recently named a Best Nursing Home for short-term rehabilitation for 2025 by U.S. News & World Report.” For more information about St. Ann, visit www.stannrehabcenter.org.
