St. Vincent Announces New 4-Day Work Week for Nursing Staff

St. Vincent Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Berlin is excited to now offer a special “work 4 days, get paid for 5” schedule for frontline nursing staff. This initiative presents a unique opportunity to build a rewarding career in healthcare while enjoying an enhanced work-life balance.
The program is available to all new and existing Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs), Licensed Medication Nursing Assistants (LMNA), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) at St. Vincent.
LNAs will work 30 hours a week and get paid for 37.5 hours. RNs and LPNs will work 32 hours a week and get paid for 40 hours.

New employees are also eligible for sign-on bonuses (up to $1,500 for LNAs/LMNAs $2,500 for LPNs and RNs).
